Scott worked closely with us on every aspect of the design and added his professional knowledge and expertise to make sure that we got exactly the deck we wanted. When the project began, we were blown away by the work ethic of the construction team. Every morning they arrived like clockwork and worked like machines until the project was completed, even when it was snowing and the temperatures were in the single digits! My father-in-law is an architect, and he would review their progress every time he came by the house, and he was very impressed with their craftsmanship. We love the finished product and have already recommended Signature Decks and Construction to our friends.

Scott had done some work in the past finishing our basement. We had him come back out to repair water damage to our load bearing garage framing. Both projects went very well from start to finish. He is fair, easy to work with, provides a detailed scope of work estimate as needed, and gets the job done as promised. Scott and his crew do excellent work. They took care of all the details like obtaining permits and getting inspections and were most patient with answering all of my questions and concerns.
