Scott and the crew helped us reskin and correct structural issues on our decks from a previous contractor. They were very patient with our endless questions and competent in their craft. We were very pleased with the result of our deck extention done by Signature Decks. The owner, Scott, quoted a fair price, was true to his commitment on installation timing along with scope of work, and didn’t charge extra for minor complications that came up during the build. We recently had our deck built by Signature Decks & Construction and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From Scott’s consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly easy to work with. What stood out most was their fairness and transparency. We were fortunate enough to work with Mason, Kristian, Thaddeus and Gus. These guys were amazing. Our deck is absolutely beautiful.  It is much nicer even than we expected.  We shopped around and signature decking gave us a better price than the local competitors both big and small.  They also used better quality materials with the timbertech composite decking and metal rods for installation of the structural components.  The owner and guys who installed it were all very professional and flexible with us when we requested some last minute changes. Scott and his team were fantastic throughout the entire process of our new deck installation. Very transparent with pricing and we didn't feel pressured at all during our initial meeting, which was very much appreciated after dealing with high pressure sales tactics of the other major deck competitors in the area. Scott was very communicative and flexible during the construction process and exceeded our expectations as far timeline from start to finish. New deck!! Great experience all the way,  from design thoughts on paper, through demo, to rebuild new... very excited to have gotten this deck project done.
